“Yoga is a science, a psychology, if you will. It includes the way you live your life, the way you nourish your body, your movements, proper breathing, meditation and studying for deeper insight. My practice, of Egyptian Yoga, has helped me grow my confidence on and off the mat. Egyptian Yoga inspired me to breathe through each moment, stretch myself and interact with the spiritual essence of my being. In completing my Egyptian Yoga (Thef Neteru Sema Paut) Certification with Aunkh Aukhu, I am deeply grateful for the experience and exposure. I seek to help others nurture their body, mind and soul with this system of yoga. It is my greatest desire that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.” Nzinga is a free spirit whose classes are relaxing, playful and sincere! She likes reading, watching cooking shows and singing along with sultry singers such as Anita Baker and Lalah Hathaway. She loves yoga because it makes her feel good and allows her to make time for herself. www.nzinga.biz |
